Formed in the late nineties by two executives recognizing the human resources challenges facing small businesses, Total HR combines knowledge and experience offering an outsourcing solution that gives businesses the chance to grow.

Unlike a giant conglomerate with an overseas call center, we are a mid-sized company with locations just outside of Greenville, and in Atlanta and Charlotte. Call in frequently enough and you will likely get to know each of us by name. (We’ll certainly get to know yours!)

Our founders are people of faith. We work hard, act with integrity always, and maintain a strong moral foundation at all times. Our clients trust us to provide solutions to some of life’s most challenging and sensitive situations, such as delivering payroll correctly and on time, assisting employees with medical claims and disability insurance, and also being present for employees that are injured on the job.
