Payroll & Tax Administration

At Total HR, we believe in establishing relationships with our clients through a customer-centric approach. Our clients have assigned, dedicated payroll coordinators that work with the client owners and payroll administrators to process each payroll efficiently, accurately and on time. Clients will come to know the person on the other end of the phone.

We have also invested in a state of the art HRIS Cloud based platform, PrismHR, and provide clients and employees secure access to this web portal so that employee information and reports are at their fingertips.

We offer both direct deposit and pay card options for payroll. Employees can retrieve their pay stubs and W2’s electronically from the portal with their smart phone, computer, or tablet, anytime, anywhere.

Our payroll tax services provide our clients with peace of mind. Total HR tax experts manage the filing of all of the federal, state, and local payroll tax deposits and tax returns so that clients can focus on their business.

Leadership Training

Total HR offers an HR certificate program ideal for supervisors, managers, executives, and HR professionals. This highly informative eight-session program will cover the life cycle of the employee to include hiring & onboarding, compliance strategy, recruiting, training, performance management and employee engagement. At the end of the program participants will understand how to align their actions to the business to become a strategic business partner.

The program offers interactive course work within small group settings, which requires participants to apply class concepts to their current environment. Participants gain insights from each other as individuals develop strategies to gain top management commitment, learn to implement, and evaluate results. All discussions are confidential, and NDA and confidentiality agreements are required. Participants will receive SHRM and HRCI recertification credits for the successful completion of all training requirements.
